RETURN POLICY

At The Aesthetica Company, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. However, our return options vary depending on the product type and size. Please review the Returns & Refunds Tab on each product page before placing your order to confirm whether the item is eligible for return. This will help ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

Items That Are Eligible:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery. To start a return, please contact our customer care team at info@theaesthetica.net with your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit (digital gift card) will be issued within 2–3 business days. This store credit can be applied toward any future purchase.

Note: We currently issue store credit only and do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@theaesthetica.net and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.

Customer-Initiated Returns

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, the customer or seller is responsible for all return shipping and related costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Once the item is returned to us and inspected, a store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days.

Breakable, Bulky, and Non-Refundable Products

Items That Are Not Eligible:

  • Certain delicate or oversized items, including specific furniture pieces, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. These exceptions are clearly noted under the “Returns & Refunds” tab on each product page.

Order Cancellation

Please note that once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Assembly Information

Upon delivery, we encourage you to inspect and unwrap your items carefully, following any provided placement or assembly instructions.
