RETURN POLICY

At The Aesthetica Company, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. However, our return options vary depending on the product type and size. Please review the Returns & Refunds Tab on each product page before placing your order to confirm whether the item is eligible for return. This will help ensure a smooth shopping experience.

General Return Eligibility

ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE:

  • Returns are accepted within 2-3 days after delivery. To start a return, simply contact our customer care team at info@theaesthetica.net with your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit (digital gift card) will be issued within 2–3 business days. This credit can be applied toward any future purchase.

Breakable, Bulky And Non-Refundable Products

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE:

  • Certain delicate or oversized items, including specific furniture pieces, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund—unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. These exceptions are clearly noted under the 'Returns & Refunds' tab on each product page.

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Assembly Information:

  • Upon delivery, we encourage you to inspect and unwrap your items carefully, following any provided placement or assembly instructions.
  • For items without an assembly brochure, our customer service team is available to guide you through any assembly-related questions.
